Fresh Fish

Rockfish

Sear it, saute it, grill it, roast it – this fish will shine no matter what you do to it (just don’t overcook it)!  Pair it with lightly cooked spring vegetables, grill it with fresh herbs, steam it with asian spices, stuff it with fresh crab meat, just get it on your menu!

Mahi

A vibrant, fast-growing saltwater fish known for its stunning gold, green, and blue colors that fade after capture, firm texture, and mild, sweet flavor, making it a popular choice for grilling and other cooking methods. 

Tuna

Serve it up raw – sashimi, sushi, ceviche or crudo – tastes great and pairs well with all kinds of flavors. Or, if you decide to cook it, Yellowfin is quite versatile – grill it, bake it, broil it, sear it – just don’t over cook it!

Flounder

Flounder is consistently described as a delicate, mild-flavored, and fast-cooking white fish that is ideal for quick weeknight meals. It is popular for its non-"fishy" taste, making it suitable for children or those who dislike strong seafood. 

Speckled Trout

Highly regarded by anglers and chefs for its delicate, white, and flaky meat, often compared favorably to snapper, grouper, or catfish. It is a versatile fish, though its delicate texture makes it best suited for quick-cooking methods to avoid it becoming too soft. 

Salmon

Salmon is a very versatile fish and works well in a variety of cooking applications. Grill it, poach it, roast it, saute it – salmon can also be featured raw, cured or smoked!

Cod

Of course, we all love Cod in traditional dishes like fish-n-chips or fish chowder but it’s amazing in all sorts of recipes – get creative with this tasty fish!
